AIFI - Italian Association of Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt

AIFI, the Italian Association of Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt, was established in May 1986 and is internationally recognized for its institutional representation and promotion of private equity, venture capital and private debt, in Italy. AIFI brings together financial institutions that, permanently and professionally, make investments in unlisted companies, with an active involvement in the development of flexible and adaptable debt instruments in relation to the needs of individual companies. The Association also unites an important network of institutions, institutional investors and professionals who are interested in the development of the industry. In addition to representing its associates and being a point of reference for the primary analyses and research on the subject of alternative investments, AIFI plays an important role in cultural dissemination in the field of financial markets.
