Master Servicer Management - securitization operations management

MSM is the system dedicated to Master Service Providers, Financial Intermediaries involved in credit securitization transactions that have the task of monitoring the activities of the companies specialized in the recovery (Special Servicer) and guaranteeing the regulatory compliance of the vehicle companies (SPV) and the transparency towards investors.
