Compliant Digital archiving: Make sure your documents keep their full legal value
Ensure the full legal and fiscal validity of your digital documents through Compliant Digital Archiving.
The solution developed by Sefin allows companies to archive their digital documents in compliance with the current Italian regulations and to guarantee their safe and legal storage. This certified process goes beyond simple archiving: it ensures that your documents maintain their authenticity and integrity over time.
What is Compliant Digital Archiving?
Compliant Digital archiving is the way electronic or digital documents can be legally archived. This is a complex process that involves the creation of three “document packages”:
1. Deposit file package
2. Storage file Package
3. Distribution file Package (for the display of documents)
These packages comply with AGID guidelines and ensure that all the documents stored maintain their full legal and fiscal value over time.
Unlike simple file storage, compliant digital archiving is performed by a specialized provider, who takes care of all the monitoring and verification phases.
A Guarantee of Integrity and Authenticity
Our system certifies the authenticity and integrity of your documents through a rigorous verification process including digital signature and timestamp. In this way, we ensure that your archives are compliant with current regulations and always ready for official submission.
